While I have never actually visited this dealership I inquired about a car on their website and almost immediately I had someone calling from the dealership. i don't want to actually speak with someone so I give my google voice number. I also received an email almost immediately from the dealership. From Sarah K..... I replied back to the email several hours later because I don't want to have verbal communication and only want written documentation. It's pretty rude when I reply back to the email and ask a question and the person sending the email does not respond. Because of this the dealership lost a potential sale and will not be doing business with this dealership.
