I wouldn't recommend buying new or used cars from them. Their service department cannot do anything correctly. Had a electric start installed on brand new Subaru and it didn't work. Took it back and it still doesn't work. Now have to go back again. My aunt bought a used car and they have "fixed" it 3 times and it still doesn't work right and it's costing rhem a bunch of money. I guess I will not buy anything from them and will let others know they are bad to do business with.
Everyone was so nice and very good at explaining everything we wanted to know. The salesman, Cody Hackett, went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal. We were impressed with his knowledge of all the cars. He was very nice and took all the time we needed to make a decision. He was respectful and he didnt try to pressure us into buying the car. He gave us time alone to discuss our decision and whatever we offered as a price was taken to the manager to get us as close as he could to what we wanted to pay. All in all buying our car was a pleasant and positive experience. We were and are satisfied with everyones friendliness and offers of help with anything we need and we were told we could call or stop in anytime if we have questions or concerns. The Wolfs
Decent price for 2015 Impala, would not budge even $150? As part of sale I made sure they put in writing weathertech vent visor and oem slash guards...... okay, I had to call them over a month after sale and they "forgot" to order parts? Parts were here, they gave me cheap set of generic splash guards, not OEM.... I gave up and ordered oem ~$100 and installed all parts myself..... not waiting 2 more weeks for them to do it?... guess after sale, service is what lacks here. They got the sale and dropped customer service. I need to look car over closer even in winter since there is a 3 inch crack on bumper....
