Incredibly rude, slow to reply if they do at all. This is an addition to my original post: The realestate responded to my review saying that they decided to go with another tenant for a rental. I was not applying for a rental, I was/ still technically am a tenant at one of their properties in Carrum. These people are seriously so ignorant. Ive seen them respond negatively to many other reviews as well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND having anything to do with this realestate

Thanks you guys. You were absoloutley fantastic in helping me sell my home. You were all transparent and achieved the price we wanted in what i would consider a tough market. This incompetent excuse for a real estate agent cost me a fortune! Mitchell Torre and in particular Danny O'Brien (Sales) are far the worst property management company we have ever dealt with. Continuously poor communication concerning all matters. I rented my investment property through them for a couple of years and was taken to VCAT 3 times by the tenants, all because the agent didn't let me know that there were repairs needed, I would have been happy to have the things fixed up, but they sat on their hands doing nothing and I had to pay compensation. I ended up managing the place myself, WITH THE SAME TENANTS! Never had another problem! Use them at your own peril.
