Avoid at all costs. For a guy who apparently gets fully booked, won't let you book an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance because he'd rather see if he's fully booked closer to the time. Work that one out!?!?! Absolute chancer. I did point out that's not really a way to do business, he politely laughed and hung up. If that's the kind of guy you want doing work for you, go for it.
