Terrible people. We wanted to buy a 17k 20reg car. My disabled friend was told to sit down in the showroom. Then a ignorant sales manager told us we had to go outside. The only seating was a dirty old wall. So then we had to wait over 40 minutes in the red hot sun. When we were finally allowed into the showroom to spend the 17k we were told that the front near side alloy would not be refurbished as part of the buying deal, even though it was badly scratched. I am happy to say this was about 1 month ago and the same car is still for sale. Like I say Terrible and ignorant people.

With older cars we will not retail them on ourselves, we simply send them all through auction. For this reason we will give you trade value and aim to recover the costs once the car is auctioned. Don't part ex your older car with them, they just don't want them,, you'll be offended with the price they offer and you'll probably leave without buying your new car

I've been a few times usually because the range of cars is decent. My wife has even bought a Mini from Winsfords. However, I am incensed by the obnoxious customer service offered by an arrogant young girl at the desk. I wanted to speak to an advisor and she flat out denied because we didnt want to disclose details to her, in the most condescending of tones. I can honestly say I will not be returning. I fail to see why I sound spend my Sunday being spoken to in such a revolting manner.
