The people in the front office is nice but the rent is overpriced. I moved in when it was changed to Derby Estates 2 years ago. It was Rangeland Manor before. They promised an open pool, a community center, and a fitness center all would be open in Summer 2015. They opened the pool last summer ( year later) and they never opened the fitness center and community room. They claim that they were trying to get it fixed to where the community keys would work. But they fixed the laundry room and mailroom community keys so I don't see why it's so hard to fix the keys for the fitness center and the community room. They are just using this to advertise those amenities but they are still not open. Just so they can charge a premium rent. There is a roach problem in a lot of the apartments. This year I have seen mice in my apartment. There are things in the apartment I have asked maintenance to fix multiple times. It is not worth the market rent they are charging. Only rent here if this is your last resort. Only positives notes are the location is good. Pretty convenient. The neighborhood is quiet.
