Sorry you feel that way. From my experience when a secretary looks at a vehicle. I wouldn't expect her to crawl underneath it to look for a small amount of rust if there were any? These are not new vehicles we try our best to check them as close as possible. There is no way anyone can know what to look at for you. Sorry you felt you made the trip for no reason. I'm sure that not every unit had what you call rust. The owner is not rude at all he's just straight up front. You thought you were getting a deal. So you made the trip. When you looked at the vehicle it wasn't the deal you were happy with. So you left. Theres no way in the used car industry that any dealership can make everyone happy. Again sorry this deal didn't workout the way you wanted it.

Called and asked about a dually. Secretary said there was no rust. My wife and I made the trip and looked under and it was full of rust. Owner was rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away and buy somewhere else.
