Terrible customer service. Very rude sales staff. Paid for a motor to be shipped. It took weeks to find out when we would receive it. They sold it to someone else. Got the run around, put on hold, lied to repeat and now waiting to see IF and WHEN they mail us a CHECK BACK. check

Needed a tail light for a 2010 Mazda 3, quoted the price, they pulled the part for me. Done and done, one word of caution, salvage parking lots have nails n screws...other than that very happy

No issues getting a replacement mirror for my 2011 Lincoln MKZ. Someone clipped my car when I was parked in downtown Austin a couple of weeks ago, and nobody local had the mirror. I could have had it shipped from elsewhere, but I was planning a trip to Dallas anyway, so I was able to get Kenny from AAA Auto Recyclers to confirm they had the part and that it was in good condition. Drove straight there the next day and within a few minutes, they had the part in my hands for a great price. Haven't thrown it on the car, yet, but I have no doubt it'll work fine. Check-out could have been a bit smoother considering I called in advance, but hey, it's an car parts place in the middle of nowhere, I can't expect much more.

This place is no good! They sale parts that are not working parts, Also when you try to return the parts they are rude,bad customer service etc. I spent a 100.00 on parts that were broken and when i went to return them they said no refunds or exchange. All i wanted to do was exchange them DONOT spend your MONEY HERE!
