Do not do business with this company! This company tried to scam me because I am a woman. On Saturday 04 Jan 2020, I seen a 2017 ford explore 51k miles at Budget car dealerships an decided to check it out. Once I went in the office they immediately wanted to appraise my vehicle which I didnt find a problem. On numerous occasions over an hour I asked how much the vehicle was and they refused to tell me stating we will let you know once your car is appraised. I found that odd but I really liked the SUV. So finally my car was finished being appraised and they wrote me a quote for $29k which I found extremely expensive. I told them I wasnt interested and a course they tried to persuade me to buy the car by dropping the car to $28K. So once I got home I continue looking online and the same exact car from the same exact car dealership was only quoted for $26k. I felt so violated and insulted. This company tried to scam me for $3k. This is unacceptable and they should be ashamed of their company. I will be reporting this to corporate. Oh and by the way since I have been a Soldier for 15 years I will take it upon myself to contact everyone to try to get this company banned from Soldiers because if they will do it to me they will misuse and lie to innocent Soldiers by having them paying on a vehicle for 10 years thats not worth it. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

Theives! My son saved enuf for a downpayment, they tried to sell him a very old and used model, telling him it wud be good for his credit rating, when he refused, they WOUKD NOT RETURN HIS DOWNPAYMENT, even thou he never took possesion of the car!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Do not purchase a vehicle from here!! They rig them up just enough for you to think you are getting a good deal. Shortly after you purchase the vehicle everything starts to fall apart and they don't want to fix anything. They say "you should've purchased the warranty" but the warranty does not cover the items that have fallen apart because they used some type of cheap glue to hold everything together long enough to make a sale. Save your hard earned money and buy from a reputable company who will not screw you over.
