Disinterested, lazy & incompetent - that was my experience of the DMW crowd in Nottingham as a prospective tenant. Perhaps if you pay them lots of money maybe your experience will be different. I knew you didn't need a degree to be a letting agent, but I hadn't realised you actually had to be a halfwit.
Appalling service had booked to view a property had chased up to confirm for tomorrow. Called again today and told dolly. No one had contacted me to advise so waste of time. Will NOT recommend very inefficient
I don't normally review but having read the total nonsense from a previous 'reviewer' I felt compelled to. I have sold a property through Mr Ward's business and also currently rent a property managed by him. Also 2 of my friends have used his services and have been very happy. He is 100% professional and committed at all times and I would strongly recommend him over many of the larger estate agents who are expensive and have so many customers they have little time for you.
Mr Akhter, we understand that you are upset because you did not get a rental property through us but giving a negative and false review is very unfair. Firstly you did not apply for the property, in fact, we contacted you first thing to see when you could come to the office and you told us you didn't have time to process the application even though we had explained we had multiple people wanting to proceed with the property. You had every opportunity to proceed with an application but you decided not to. All of our landlords are extremely happy with our services as can be seen on our reviews on reviews.co.uk. We have now taken an application from a very good tenant that the landlord was happy to accept. I wish you all the best on your search for you new home.

LANDLORDS IF YOU WANT DECENT TENNENTS USE A REPUTABLE AGENCY! CUT THROAT APPROCH NOT IDEAL FOR LANDLORDS! If you are a landlord then be warned DWM will find you the best Tennent for your property! After initially being cancelled on we finally went to view the property in question and was very keen which we made known. We put in application straight away and was told we are strong applicants. This was followed up by a call to my partner in the morning confirming we was the landlords first choice. The asked my partner if she could come down to the office to make payment and secure the property in the next 15 minutes and of course she could as we was both at work. My partner advised she would call me to inform me of the offer to see if I could make arrangement possibly over the phone i.e make a card payment or back transfer. I called literally within 30minutes only to be told it has now been offered to another applicant and she is on her way to the office! I offered to make payment there and then and challenged why has this been offered to other prospects considering she not long got off the phone to my partner. It became clear that the property had a further 8 viewing that day and it meant if they could secure the letting they would not have to conduct any further viewings meaning they would get that time back and move on to the next. They approach is very selfish in the favour of the letting agency only! Surely finding the most suitable Tennent to meet the landlords requirement is more important and letting the property asap with the 2nd or 3rd option after only giving a 30min window! This whole experienced left me feeling disappointed, disheartened and pretty upset. On the brightside if there customer service is that bad it probably was a lucky escape. Happy hunting!
