I went along with my daughter and her husband to meet someone from Prospect to take measurements in the house, ready for the move in. No one turned up so my daughter spoke to the seller who said that she had pulled out of the deal 3 days ago. Prospect failed to notify my daughter of this very big decision and it left my daughter in tears on the doorstep of the house she was hoping to move into in 2 to 3 weeks. Very unprofessional service and a lot of hard earned money wasted. Shame on you Prospect!

We have tried to book in for a viewing. Have been told the house is only doing an open house which we booked in for. I have tried to ask them for an earlier date 2x but they said it wasn't possible as the vendor was away. We had to reschedule our plans because of it. We have then waited for 2 weeks for the appointment, only to be called the day before and be told it was sold. I asked how it was possible as they told me they weren't doing viewings multiple times. The agent just said well someone did view. Was very disappointed- they have just straight lied to us on multiple occasions.

Yesterday I called Prospect and spoke to Dan who very kindly arranged the viewing (I was interested in for today). Matt showed me around and he was extremely helpful and professional. I put an offer straight away. Dan called me to take further details and pass them to the vendor. After one or two hours I got the answer: my offer was accepted. I am delighted. Dan has offered me further help with conveyancing and the survey process. I am really please to say that we have started quite well! I am impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Thank you Dan and Matt.

I travelled 17 miles to view a property on Saturday to get there and receive a phone call 15 mins after the viewing should have taken place from agent saying sorry the M3 was shut and he could get from farnborough to sandhurst (not far) and to be honest if I hadnt of rang up and told them I probably wouldnt have got a phone call. The girl I rang didnt even apologies. Unfortunatley by reading the reviews this is probably a reflection on the individuals rather than the team.
