Dear Keta B. Thank You very much for taking tour time for sharing your experience with us. By looking closely to your accusations we can tell that they not accurate at all. First: we sell preowned vehicles out of their manufacturer warranties. So some small fixes down the road are normal for this type of cars. Second: this car has never been sold on any salvage auctions according to the CarFax report that we can show to anyone interested. Also if this vehicle would have total loss or salvage title it would've been written right on the title we provided you with and we have a copy of it to prove that it is clean.

BUYER BEWARE!! Initially, I thought I had lucked up on my 2017 Kia Soul but that quickly changed! The price was nice, the vehicle looked nice (minus small wear/tear issues), & the vehicle didn't seem to have any problems. Yes, I as well as my mechanic drove this vehicle but nothing seemed wrong. WRONG! They took money off but I spent that back in a couple of days on minor things but that adds up. Here we are two months later, and I've come across more problems. I looked into trade in value for the future and this is what they said "When reviewing your appraisal, we noticed that your vehicle was deemed a total loss or listed as sold at a salvage vehicle auction." Yes, I checked the VIN # BEFORE purchasing but the vehicle came back clean. How misleading & unprofessional! This is NOT okay.

I was told car had been check out and everything was fine. Two days later car in drive was rolling back. I called Carmall two times and he stated he would talk to owner and call me back and two times no return call. I went to the car lot and was told they couldn't help me with the repair charges. I asked if they could even help with half the price and was told NO. If you purchase from Master Cars Inc make sure you have the car inspected before you purchase so you will not get a SORRY we can't help you.

Hello Morgan. Thank You very much for your feedback. We really sorry to hear that you had bad experience with purchasing car from us. The thing is these cars stays on the lot for several weeks and belts and parts tends to dry out, especially on cold dry winter weather. When you came to purchase this particular car we offered you to test drive but you rejected it. Maybe if you would took it to test we could notised that belt needs replacement. Serpentine belts really cheap maintenance and there is no reason for us to leave it without attention and get bad reviews from customers. Also before you left lot we told you that if you will experience any issues with car you can contact us and will help you as much as we can even we sell cars as is. If you didn't replace belt yet you can still come and we would more than happy to fix it for you. Thank You again for taking your time to leave as review.

The car overall is nice but they could have mentioned that the serpentine belt needed replacing and the filters... Very nice car buying experience other than that.... Also a 3 isn't a bad review I wasnt being mean I generally had an okay experience other than 2 things the filters being dirty and the serpentine belt being worn. They aren't a huge deal I am getting them fixed.
