If you're a Clemson student don't bother wasting your money with IPTAY for football tickets. It's 100% not worth it. They've completely gone to trash over the past 5 years. Paying for IPTAY was one of my worst decisions while at Clemson.

My daughter never received an email about the policy changes for getting tickets. I called to speak to someone about it and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. I asked to speak to someone above her and she transferred me back into main phone line. Sadly things are not the same here. They are rude and do not care. Do not waste your money.

Mediocre service for students and fans. If you try and chat online no one ever answers the chat. If you call prepare to wait because they have 1 person answering the phone. As a student it was like jumping through hoops, overall poor service and experience
