As we navigate through the new guidelines we have made some changes to keep our employees and customers safe. As ordered by governor Baker retail must make appointments for fitting rooms. Im sorry if one of the sales clerks told you to go in when the fitting room was not ready yet. The other sales clerks realized this as they saw you enter. We needed to get your name and sanitize the room before you and your daughter could go in. We have 2 rooms open at a time and sanitize the other rooms in between customers. We have done our best to keep CW a safe place for everyone,so yes, that will include sanitizing fitting rooms after each customer and wearing a mask in our store. And if we see customers going in the fitting room when the room has not been sanitized yet we will stop them even if one of the clerks thought the room was ready. Patience would be appreciated during these times of change. All retail and restaurants on the Cape would appreciate this.

One star because the clothes are nice. WORST experience ever! I've been going there for years and this was the first time I was treated like trash! My daughter and I are standing by the purses waiting to use the waiting room and a woman behind the counter tells us to just go ahead in, all of a sudden two woman come charging in the dressing room and VERY loudly say two people just came in here without telling us, one woman very aggressively says "ma'am, you cannot just come into our dressing rooms, we need your name" So I then explain to her that we were waiting and someone told us to go in and gave her our names, she then very loudly says "dressing room 3 & 4 needs to be cleaned and sanitized as soon as they leave" . I come out of the dressing room to the look of absolute horror and embarrassment on my daughters face, hand the woman the clothes I don't want and then go to the register with the shirt I did want and while I'm there the woman says "you're supposed to tell someone when you're using the dressing room" ONCE AGAIN I explained to her that someone told me to go in and that she should stop humiliating me in front of other customers, then I just left. This store will NEVER get my money. It's bad enough that this pandemic got us being dehumanized with masks, and barking orders left and right then on top of it being humiliated because someone that works there didn't know the RULES about the dressing rooms. NEVER AGAIN!
