Way to small for parties. And halfway through the evening. The fire alarm went off. For about an hour. Not a pleasant place to visit.

The food was okay. The waitstaff was kinda rude, far from friendly. As a guest we dont know what package the bride or groom purchased and when I asked one of the ladies if there was coffee available they snapped at me and said NO, they didnt pay for it. but the tone is what really had me angry. This was the tone for many of the workers and I did not have one comfortable interaction with any of them nor did I witness anyone else that did. We were not unreasonable guests as our event was calm and it even ended quite early.

Awesome venue. As a professional speaker I have seen many conference facilities. Grand Pointe is first class and one of the best! Awesome people, great A/V team and leadership fully engaged.
