Wandered up past Sandhurst lake although we didn't see alot of it as we were trying to follow the Blackwater Valley Path

Stunning 14 acre lake, with depths from 2ft to 10ft, 5/7 on average. Bailiffs are all really friendly. 3 rods with guest was 40 a night. Will be back sometime for sure.

A stunning venue. Some pegs are a little small but after speaking with bailiff they are doing work to the pegs. The lake is quite weedy so itll take you a while to find clear spots. There are 2 car parks and a path around the lake for easy access.
