Sorry to hear you're upset with your experience. I looked at your history with our company and it looks like you purchased the car back in Jan and you had called in and spoke with JT (finance manager) for the first time in April regarding the issue. At the time he explained that you can bring the car in and we would discount the service work but apparently you did not show up. I double checked with my service department to see if you had scheduled anything but there was no activity related to your name, phone or VIN number. Feel free to reach out to Eric in our service department if you would still like us to honor our original agreement. Best regards

I recently purchased a vehicle from them and the day after I bought it the engine light came on. I was able to make it go away with an oil change and I thought that was the main issue. But, a few weeks later and the light came back on. I got a quote from a local shop for $3,200 and they told me that the damage was there before I bought it. I spoke with the dealership and their financing manager basically told me he didn't believe me when I said the light came on right away. They said the best they could do was get me a quote from their in-house mechanic at the best rate possible. I have yet to receive this quote from them. Even after several calls and showing up to their store. They still haven't made a single attempt to reach out to me, even though they promised me the quote weeks ago. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that they can put pressure on them. Extremely dissatisfied with they business and service. They got my money and left me out to dry.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Unfortunately the bank is the one that changed the down payment requirement once they verified what was stated on your application. We would have loved to sell you the car at the original down payment but the bank is the one that makes the final call. Hope we can try to earn your business in the future.

First they sell a $1,500 down payment then they said 300 down payment when they found out that made more then they said 3500 for the same car then they go we'll try to find a different car that's in your price range then you'll other car they want to 3500 after all those estimates what's $10,000 then they want to sell me a car that's $11,000 crazy
We're really sorry you haven't been pleased with your experience, Elizabeth. We can assure you customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. That said, there are two sides to every story. We called to speak with you and settle the cost issue, and we hope that conversation provided some clarity. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out. -Jeff and Frank, Owner

If I could give less than one star I would! Horrible, HORRIBLE, I can't even express, completely HORRIBLE company!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!! They knowingly sold a 19 year old kid a car that they knew would need thousands of dollars in repairs. The car needed major repair after less than a month after being purchased. It was brought back to Burnsville Motors where it sat for almost a year while my 19 year old made car payments and paid insurance for a car he couldn't drive. I have documentation with pictures. Now I'm being harassed with phone calls to pay for the repairs. One of the owners has the ability to make this stop but chooses not to. I have had to bring the car elsewhere to have the problems brought to Burnsville Motors attention fixed. Burnsville Motors threw parts at the car and expected me to pay for it. The service manager wanted me to "get rid" of the car. I tried to play nice, wasn't going to make anything public but Jeff Flanagan (one of the owners) well apparently he's more about money. I keep getting harassing phone calls. DO NOT BUY A CAR OR BRING YOUR CAR TO BURNSVILLE MOTORS!!
