Rattle road site very helpful but went down to their other site and when we explained we were not looking to buy the whole attitude changed from the guy down there and it felt very much of an inconvenience to him to go and get a key to open a car so we could look at the inside and want very helpful after that and when I went to ask more questions to gain more insight again not helpful at all and made both me and my wife awkward and not happy so after that experience not recommending this place

Bad customer service very rude. We went to go test drive a car and it seemed to be a hassle. The man that was dealing with use clearly had better things to do. clearly thought because they where female they didnt understand. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY

Had a great experience buying from Steve last week. He was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and straightforward. He was friendly, professional and couldn't do more to help. Plenty of choice on the forecourt. The car is in excellent condition and has made my life so much easier, very happy with my purchase!

Went in to check and have a member of family to test drive a car (if possible). We were told that the car had just been valeted and we won't be allowed to get it all dirty just before Christmas. On top of that, i was disregarded for not even passing my driving test - so no point of even testing it as "you will not buy it" and "I will have it sold within a week". Bear in mind that i am 40 yo and had money ready to purchase the car if all was fine. DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. Saying "i'm not being rude" does not excuse being as such.
