Dear Cameron, Sorry to see your rating, I have investigated and initially couldn't find your contact as we log all calls that come into the office. Upon further investigation I see that you called after hours on a Sunday. Your enquiry was given to a sales agent to contact you on Monday morning. Our sales agent did recall your enquiry as it was for a property that was listed for sale many years ago. To the best of our sales agents recollection, he believes that he did try to call you. I sincerely apologise if this call didn't get through to you, as we always return calls to all clients.
