Worst experience of my life! So I bought a 2002 PT Cruiser and within 14 days the car BROKE DOWN! Also through same day I bought it my check engine light came on, my brakes were bad and grinding and my car wouldn't start, so I call Mike and inform him of the situation, he offers to fix some of the issues (very rudely I might add) I told him that my brakes also need to be fixed and he says he's not going to fix them because he knows there's nothing wrong with them. He says he going to come tow my car and give it back on Tuesday, when I asked him what am I supposed to do until then he responded "not my problem". Mike calls back the next day (today) and says my car is ready, when I asked him about the brakes he got very upset with me and kept trying to argue with me then hung up in my face. So I go in to get my car and that's were it all got worse. I go in there and request to get my car and of course ask for an apology, he proceeds to be completely immature and throw a tantrum. At this point I'm completely upset and I'm tears but remaining very respectful, he ends up HOLLERING at me saying "I'M NOT APOLOGIZING TO YOU!" Need I mind you I'm an 18 year old female and he's at least in his late 60's. This is by far the worst, most idiotic, dense company I've ever seen. I'm warning you STAY AWAY! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! The cars are terrible, the service is worst and Mike is a sorry excuse for a man. If you buy a car from them, do your research and ask around about them and trust you'll think twice before giving them your business.

They have a good lot but the cars are good I got my first car there it was good I just got a 2012 Dodge Avenger from there and it has been nothing but problems since I had it only had it for 2 months and its still got problems with overheating back to back and he keep trying to charge me for fixing it but he still not fixing my problem so dont go there at all

Have to give a 1 star. Called with questions. The guy who answered couldn't really tell me anything I asked... I finally gave up and asked "so basically come fill out an app so you can ding my credit to see without any info from you" and the guy goes "yeah pretty much". Def not who I'd want answering my phones as a business!
