sorry, but you tried out for the job for 2 hours and was unable to read orders or shipping labels, you were also sent home because you would just stand there watching while people worked, To be honest you were one of the worst applicants we have had in a long time, I think since you went as far to leave a negative ( childish) that i will back up the video of you working and you tube it, that will make people laugh and make them think how could one person be so brain dead, Dylan you came in with out a job, and left with no job, but it must be the fault of everyone else, Grow up and learn some work ethic so maybe you can keep a job. PS you weren't expected to know anything since it was a try out but you were expected to not stand around and watch people carry boxes

Wouldnt recommend working for them, management doesnt train properly and they expect you to know what to do even if you do come in for training or an interview. Shipping methods are bad as well. Favoritism is very strong when it comes to employment.

I checked with HR and we do not see a Ray Jones that worked here, but either way i would love to reply, 4.5 years ago the owner built this company out of his garage and during that time went through a epidemic and still grew year to year. So, i am not sure how your comment about (the business will fail) when in 4 years this company is a multimillion-dollar company with over 22 employees that offers health insurance and is about to move to our new building that the company will own and not rent. And with all companies many bad and good decisions are made but the owner Big Jeff seems to be making more good choices. I can also tell you that many of those were done with input from past and present employees with biweekly meetings and with evaluations made not just for the employee but from employees that evaluate the company. Is this the best place to work? no i am sure there are better places out there. Is this the worse place to work at? Not. This company keeps over 4 out of 5 stars and a 99% rating on eBay and google. I can say that is not easy to keep. With this upcoming generation, it is not easy to build any company. As you all see help wanted signs everywhere you go and even with minimum wage at 10.00, we start employees even with no experience at 14 to 15 an hour, and for employees that have experience we start even hire and everyone here gets ample raises and bonuses or at least ways to get those. I thank you for you input even though is is completely wrong and with no facts. I would say for everyone out there that thinks the company they work for should do it better or another way should take the risk and open their own company and see what it takes. The owner here started with 150.00 and did what he did, so can you. And then you can make all your own decisions and risk the money in your pocket. But here at Big Jeff Online, all employees have gotten 40 hours and more if wanted and have been paid every 2 weeks with no issues. Not bad for a person with no college degree and no investors. Thank you to all our customers that have gotten us here and all employees past and present that helped build this place, even the ones that lied, or stole, or cheated. 1st Edit 5-16-2022 now that we figured out that Mr. Ryan Jones is the father of Ryan Jones, Ryan worked here less than 2 months as a salesman and although I (Big Jeff) did not have anything really wrong with him. I will say that not once did he bring any ideas to the table, he was not even here long enough to do so. during his time here he was the only one that did not hit a sales goals and during this short time, he called out 3 times and one of them was for a covid scare which he never brought in paper work of having a test or not, and his excuse was he is use to working for family so he didn't think he needed to, so that is from Dad i am guessing, either way his last week here he left on lunch break and never came back, we tried to call and text multiple times for health check and or to find out what happened and didn't even have the respect to reply back, again i am guessing that is from Dad and a silver spoon. So in under 30 days he had 3 call outs with no letters or documentation and 1 time a family emergency that we just let him go. to be honest he violated his 30-day probation multiple times with no real excuses and still didn't even man up to walk out and left his fellow employees to pick up his pieces. One thing i am very sure of is there was no input from Ryan at all and that is with me the owner calling him into my office multiple times to check on how he was doing. So Mr Ray Joans, maybe you should get all the facts before you try to bad mouth my company, according to him, he would not and could not keep working for you and the family and that is why he applied here. Maybe you are the one that wouldn't listen to him and his ideas at Tri County Pool and Spa, after 10 years there he said he needed to move on. Teach your son better and do not blame others...
