Purchased a 2012 bmw from them, Purchased a warranty, never got any paperwork on the car or the warranty so when it overheated we had it towed to them, because we have no proof of anything to take it anywhere else, the car has been there for 3 months, they have contacted us Maybe two times saying it's almost fixed and they would get back to us 3 weeks go by haven't heard nothing, they don't answer phone calls or emails,horrible horrible experience. Once I get my car back I will not deal with them again.

Purchased a car from here about a year ago, transaction was easy but service after was typical of a used car dealership. Had major repairs that needed to be done but no help from them. Have the vehicle fully checked before you sign the paperwork.

On 3/27/2012 Nicole purchased a 2010 ford explorer with 117,417 miles on it. They had taken the vehicle on a test drive and looked over the vehicle before purchase. They liked it and decided to purchase. Sometime went by and she reached out and expressed that she had a light that was coming on the dash. Out of courtesy we tried to help. She explained that she had a TPMS (tire pressure monitor) on and that she couldn't get it to go out. She explained that she had put air in all 4 tires SEVERAL times and that the light didn't go out. We explained that if none of the tires are low that she probably had way too much air in her tires. We scheduled an appointment and checked her tires. She had over 75 PSI in each tire, a dangerously high level which even ruined the TPMS sensors. Because of this she needed 4 new TPMS sensors. We ordered them FREE of charge, as a courtesy and rescheduled for her to come back. When the parts came in they were installed and tested. She left and called and stated "the light is still on". She has not been very kind and we told her to come back and we would see what the problem is. At this point it was after 5pm. We diagnosed the light as a wheel bearing. This is obviously a different problem. She was BELIGERANT, YELLING, and extremely RUDE. We had tried to help her AGAIN as a courtesy. We bought her a wheel bearing, gave it to her and let her go on her way. We are MORE than willing to help customers, but do not appreciate the way she treated us at the end.

Do not trust them lied to me bought a truck from them had problems they said we got you we will fix it took are money never called again very good lier's stay away don't buy from them they will take your money and forget about anything they say the will do after the sale
