People are rude, $3 convience fee for paying online is ridiculous, rates are going up because the county finally decided to start doing something about the dirty water. They also have plenty of water outages for whatever reasons so if you have a little one that takes formula make sure you have bottled water because you will never know when an outage will happen. I had water 5 minutes ago and now have none. But I am sure I will be billed somehow for the work they are having to do. Walker county water is bad enough to make you want to move.

Friendly service, very helpful always willing to assist with problem the best way they can. The customer service ladies do not make the rules , they just have to explain them!! the Board makes the rules and guidelines!!

Literally the only bill I get that doesn't come with a return envelope. Only utility bill that does not take payments over the phone or accept credit or check cards. Bill doubled in a single month with a laughable explanation. Have to leave work early to pay in person or pay $3 to pay online. I have to wonder that since they make it difficult to pay it is to increase the fees and reconnection charges.
