We do appreciate that you had problems with the vehicle when you first purchased it and the car was COLLECTED from you and returned to you when work was carried out. At no point did you mention anything about a puncture (which would not have been covered by warranty) but we would have gladly sorted this for you. As stated in your email the tyre wrench fitted the locking wheel nut so a little strange that it didnt fit the rest!!!! Leaving a poor review EIGHT MONTHS after buying a car due to not being able to change your tyre does seem a little small minded.

Bought a car off them in December to which I had to take bk 5 times as engine warning light kept coming on and I was having to put air in my rear tyre every week I was told the tyre was fine which wasnt the case took it to another garage a few weeks later with same problem and it did have a slow puncture also told them about a bubble in paint to which they just squashed it down.Today I had just finished my 3rd night shift only to have to wait for assistance for 2 hrs due to a flat tyre and not having a tyre iron that fit so couldnt change wheel.messaged them but not heard anything from them really annoyed

Thank you for taking the time to place a review on your purchase and i am sorry to hear you have had a couple of issues. I understand that you had the vehicle inspected by an independent click mechanic prior to your purchase and decided to purchase the car. We delivered the car free of charge to your address about 120 miles and all seemed ok. I have had no telephone contact with regard to the issues only to see a somewhat negative review when if i had been contacted first we would have hopefully been able to sort something out for you. our mobile is always on and we take pride in the way we handle problems as can be seen from the majority of our genuine reviews. Once again thanks for leaving a review but if i don't know about an issue how can i possibly do anything to help resolve it.

Purchased used car 3 weeks ago loads of issues from parking sensors to air conditioning condenser. Given 6 month Momentum warranty that covers everything but nothing at all as exclusions and conditions on everything covered. Typical used car ploy to give you some piece of mind, but ultimately useless. Buyers beware of this dealer, you will be disappointed and out of pocket. I imagine good reviews are made up.

TLDR: Would buy another car from here in a heartbeat. Two months on from purchasing my car and I'm still extremely happy. Paul was friendly, open and honest in all respects and a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish there was no pressure, no hard-sell, even when I had to leave after only a quick look at the car, there was no pressure to return. I'm really glad I did return later that day, went for a test drive and I got a great deal on my old car, so was more than happy to shake hands. The transfer process was made completely painless by Paul, who helped sort all the tax etc. out on my new car and left me feeling very pleased with the entire process. A contrast to the last few cars I have bought where I felt pressured to purchase and left feeling stressed and with some buyers remorse. There was absolutely none of that with these guys! The only problem I have had with the car in the two months since purchase is that within 11 miles of driving from picking the car up to getting home, my rear drivers side tyre developed a large puncture hole. I called Cross Car Sales straight away and after swapping for the spare and dropping the damaged tyre off, they kindly repaired the tyre and had it good as new and ready the next day. They could have easily argued that the tyre was not covered by warrenty, but they didn't. I cannot reccommend Cross Car Sales highly enough.

I will never go here again we got a car from them and had nothing but problems with the car back and forth all the time with it The last time we went back with the car with the same problem they told us it was are problem now not there's and before they say it was a different problem it was not I had to rev the car to start it from a week after we got it off them it was the last straw when i went to fill up and would not start with 2 kids in car I think it is disgusting to do this to people
