I went to have an oil change and car inspection done on 5/6/20 and was told I needed 4 new tires and that my rear shock was leaking before my vehicle could pass inspection. Something didn't seem right so I went to Discount Tire and Titan Auto & Tire and both businesses said I didn't need such items replaced! I filed a complaint and a Virginia State Police officer watched them perform inspection to justify rejection sticker...and just like that my car passed inspection! BEWARE of them trying to sell you service you don't need!!!
