DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I set up a team store with them and they completely messed up the orders. Shipping incorrect and misprinted items. They have not been responsive to the many inquiries that parents from our team have sent them. It appears that they are not concerned whatsoever about their customer service or professional reputation. My next step is going to be to report them to the better business bureau of North Carolina.
I only call this company when I am absolutely desperate. Yesterday was one of those days. I was promised inventory was correct and that they would guarantee shipment the following day. After having made numerous calls to other suppliers, was am aware this item is not readily available and is not being produced at this time. I called back the same day and asked that the warehouse put their hands on this item and was again promised a call back. I did not receive a call at which point I called for the 3rd time. I was promised again that I would receive a call first thing the next morning. At 10am today I had not received all call at which point I called for the 4th time. I was told that someone would walk to the warehouse and locate the item and call me prompted. Over 5 hours later, I had to call again As I suspected, the item was not available. I was informed that the item was ordered from another vendor but they cannot tell me whom. I am aware that Augusta and 17 other vendors do not have this item which I communicated. Given the failed promises and poor customer support to this point, you would think my order would receive the highest level of priority. It did not! I "might" get a call Monday (today is Friday). In my experience, they prices are fair; however the customer support to the worst I deal with!
Great company to work with. I have had multiple teams order apparel from them and the quality and service is always top notch. Andrew Hankins is hands down the best rep I have ever had the pleasure working with - very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend to others
The screen printing quality is very good. However, it can be hard to get through to a representative . When you do, they are friendly. If you are in a relative time crunch to get stuff (2-3 weeks) you may be out of luck. Price quotes and artwork approval can take a lot longer than at other places, from my experience.
