Ive enquired on a property twice now, gave full contact details but no one bothers to call you. Emailed another agent and was called within the hour. I wouldnt Recommend letting or selling with these guys as they wont be actively pushing your property!
I would strongly advise against using Marriotts if you are renting. Regardless of how you leave your property they will find ways to charge you. The only time they are quick to respond is when you leave your deposit and sign your initial contract, other than that they are slow to provide responses to repair requests, hire useless trades people and then charge you for all sorts of things when you leave. If you do use them my advice would be to forget about your deposit when you sign your contract as you'll probably never see it again. If I could give them 0 stars I would, it's easy to see why people don't like estate agents when you deal with useless fools like these.

Excellent service, friendly and the relationships they nurture with vendor and buyer along with their knowledge and experience were able to help resolve issues more quickly that were holding up the legal process. We could not have asked for a better service in such difficult times during lockdown and the pandemic situation.It was such an achievement to finally be able to collect the key to our new cottage and the staff congratulations and welcome box of goodies made it even more special.
Requested a second viewing for a Saturday but could not get one.
