Our wedding cake looked absolutely amazing. The presentation was spot on to what we envisioned. We loved it and it tasted awesome!! Sooooo good! Delicious!! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sandy. Her work is amazing and she is extremely talented and passionate.

I cant say enough about how amazing Sandy of Gingersnap was to me and my husband. We struggled so hard to find the right person for our wedding cake. Right when we thought we had everything in place, the floor came out from underneath us and we were in a bind! Not only did Sandy deal with my frantic emails and phone calls, but she took us on regardless of how busy she was! She fit us in, took inspiration from what we wanted, and created a beautiful looking and DELICIOUS tasting cake. We still have guests who are talking about how amazing our cake was! Because of Covid (and being based in New Jersey), we never got to officially meet Sandy but if we had I dont know if I would have had the words to thank her and make her understand how immensely we appreciated everything she did for us. In the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to celebrate our parents' 40th wedding anniversary from afar. We contacted Sandy about creating a mini-wedding cake. My parents were both surprised and so excited to receive it. The cake looks gorgeous and my parents say it's delicious.

Deliciously Amazing Sandy made us 6 different flavor cakes for our wedding could not pick a favorite they were all absolutely delicious. She drew up sketches of the cake bar 2 different choices for our choosing. Above and beyond was the experience of hiring Sandy for our wedding.
