I purchased what I thought would be a nice pair of sneakers to wear. Little did I know that I would be robbed twice. By the seller and eBay by backing up the seller. Always use a credit card for purchases_ just in case of any defects like mine u can have a fighting chance to not make the purchase. See for yourself. Please people do not buy anything from eBay that states NO REFUNDS and 10 years old. But said brand new??!! Ive never had something like this happen to me and the reason for the discoloration makes all the sense now.

None, zero, nada, zip customer service. They made it almost impossible to actually speak to someone. Every email you get from them is a no-reply email. Their contacts are pre-made, automated options. Fees unreal. Every posting was supposed to be free for the first 200 postings. I had more attempts to have my PayPal account info stolen than real offers. From $25 item to a $1,500 item. I sold $1,074 of total items, and that includes mailing for most, and I got charged $188.83 by eBay ... again, no way to call and complain. There was a link in PayPal that said contact eBay and so I did. 3 times. You know how many answers I got?! 0! None! I went on eBay app and try to send a message which was limited to what you can chose for a subject with pre selected answers. Sent two messages with that pathetic excuse of customer care, and only thing I got is a survey which I also answered and gave them a 1. You wanna guess how many follow up emails or calls?! Youre right , NONE, NADA, 0!!!
