They sell leftover soups for days. I went in to buy soup and waited for it to be heated. 15 minutes later, the soup is cold as ice. I took home a cold left over soup I couldn’t eat.

I went to the store in person and booked a consultation for 4pm on a specific day. I was super excited to hear about treatment for my chronic health condition. The day of the consultation I waited and received no phone call. I thought maybe I’ll hear from them tomorrow. Tomorrow came I still didn’t hear from anyone. I tried calling them myself and was told by a young lady that she didn’t see anything booked for me. Then I heard from the owner that she had me booked for 6pm and not 4pm but I clearly remember booking the consultation for 4pm! Then she told me she would give me a call back in a few. Lo and behold I never received a call back. So disappointed.

I support Black owned small businesses! A family member was referred to this establishment by someone. She resides out of town and wanted to get some of the products. She reached out to “ Dr Marcia” several months ago and was informed that she should forward all the necessary particulars via email! She did so and to date has not received a call back! Today we decided to do a three way call with me and her on the phone, despite completing an only request for a zoom meeting, receiving an email and text confirmation, the young lady stated that she could not find the appointment! Dr Marcia was still not available to speak with us via phone! Once again the young lady apologized and said that my family member would receive a call back, it is now 9:51pm and still no call back!! So now we will take our business elsewhere!!
