Phoned several times to arrange a viewing on a property, each time was told that we would be contacted back straight away. Today, the 4th time of calling we were told the house had actually sold before any of our calls. What a useless and dishonest estate agent. wouldn't recommend at all!

Thank you for your email. The beauty of these reviews are that we have a right to reply. You first viewed the property in February and made an offer which was ten thousand pounds below the asking price. This was dismissed by the vendor as too low. You then contacted us quite a while later, stating that you could see the property was still on the market and wanted to make the same offer which again was declined. On speaking to Shelley about this and not respecting the fact that the sellers would not accept your offer, you became abusive to the point where Shelley felt threatened. We have logged your call and will not tolerate any form of abuse. On investigation, it turns out that you work for one of our competitors which is interesting because you are very poorly educated regarding housing law and its protocols.

I made an offer on a property that MyPad sold and I wanted to share how completely disgusted and furious I am during this experience. I made an offer 7 weeks ago with MyPad, an offer which explained can be completely negotiable and discussed. During this time I sent an email to a member of staff named Shelley Phillips. I had sent numerous emails to this member of staff requesting an update on the sale of this property, I had received NO response of course. I eventually rang the agency in order to discuss, the agent revealed they had an offer on the property. I knew they could disclose whether the offer was less or more than what my offer stated. Unfortunately they revealed nothing, which was very disheartening to hear as I knew they could legally. The agent which I spoke to (Shelley) said offer more, it means nothing if the offer before offered more or less which I was completely disappointed and again disheartened by. I said as an agent Shelley you can discuss whether an offer was made more or less than my own. This comment was completely disregarded and instead I was questioned about myself and my own well-being. Unfortunately I suffer from a heart condition which unfortunately results in myself having slow speech and relatively gap conversations due to the medication that I am on. I was completely and utterly disgusted when Shelley said are you on something because I have noticed you have slurred your words. I cannot believe that an agent like this can think so lowly of potential buyers. I am a first time buyer, looking to buy a home to be completely disgredarded for my condition. I hope the vendor of Crown Street, Derby hears of this absolute disgust and realises I wanted to offer more than my previous offer instead of completed disregarded. I hope MyPad sees this as an absolute disgrace and takes action.

Sold a house through my pad - much cheaper then other estate agents and still get 5 star service. We had a lengthy sale, which fell through once before final sale, the whole team were fantastic. We moved away from derby and my pad contiuned multiple viewings whilst we were away. If your thinking of selling with them go for it! Thankyou for all your support my pad!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. All staff go above and beyond to ensure buying and selling a house can be as smooth as possible. I didnt live local and so all the viewings etc were managed and done by Stuart and it was all made very easy - I was kept in the loop with all the information I needed. My Pad are always on the end of the phone or an email to answer any questions I had and I couldnt recommend them enough when buying or selling a property.

Thank you for your review which is not only factually incorrect but incoherent. The landlord chose an applicant of which you were informed that you were unsuccessful in your bid to go forward. You have since messaged us numerous times by email to be told the same answer. The property is still showing online whilst the successful applicant's paperwork is submitted. Leaving belligerent low rating reviews because you are unsuccessful and cannot get your own way with an application is very small minded indeed. We alone will decide when we remove a property from the internet.

Re: I called the office on 04 March to check if the property is still available & I was told it's not available anymore. So I politely asked to take the property advertisement off as it would be frustrating to those looking to rent a property and I was told that the listing will be removed by the end of the day. It's 08 March 10:15pm and the advertisement is still live without any updates. Except the word inconsiderate, I do not find any other words to describe the attitude. Also, there had been no other way of communication as stated in the owners reply. I never made an application either to be unsuccessful. No fault in accepting your attitude instead of making lies ----------- Property at Victoria Avenue is not available to rent; but the advertisement is still available online without any updates on it. Wasting others time without any consideration
