I REGRET BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I was a first time car buyer. They posted a car on Craigslist for $11,995. I called and spoke with WD and asked him about the car. I even mentioned the price that they posted online ( because I thought that was a decent price for the car). He told me that the car was going for that price. I went up to the dealership to test drive the car. I ended up liking the car. I had a check made out to them for $5,400. The car I brought went from $11,995 to about $20,000. I made a mistake I should have discussed the price with WD again in person, but I assumed because they had advertised the car online for the price ($11,995)and I called before getting there and made sure the car was that price, I didnt ask the price again. Please dont make the same mistake that I did. After buying the car (January/2018), I had a few issues with the car. The windshield wipers were bold, the tires were bold, the horn didnt work. I told them about it and they fixed it (not the tires though). I noticed a rope hanging underneath my bumper. They somehow tied whatever they tied to whatever (My head hurt trying to figure it out). The heat went out in the car not even a whole Month later after having the car. So I called their use to be grand river location (which was where their mechanics worked) . I kept getting the run around. They kept telling me to come this day and come that day. When I went up there on the day that we agreed on, they told me that they couldnt do it that day and come another day. It was winter time and it was dangerous driving the car, because the windows would fog badly. It took for me to get upset and demand them to fix my car, to get it done. I had to go up there so many times, it was stressing me out. I didnt get the joy of having a new car because I was stressing about having to take it back to them numerous times. 8months later I paid them to fix my breaks. They only did the back breaks, but my front breaks were grinding badly. I couldnt believe they would do someone like that, my front breaks were terrible. That was my last straw with them, I took my car somewhere else. Now, here I am a year later THE HEAT WENT OUT AGAIN. I should have never ignored the reviews that warned me not to go to this place. The grand river location stayed packed with upset customers who had to get their cars worked on because they were sold bogus cars from both locations. I was over charged for a used vehicle. Im sharing my story so that no one else makes the same mistake that I made.
