Dont try to trade in your phone at this shop. I have been here 3 times and it was such a waste of my time The first time I came they looked at my phone told me the trade in value but told me I need to bring the charger. I came back with the charger then they told me they cannot do the trade in because the manager was not in Third time I came in with my phone, the staff looked at my phone before telling me the trade in value which is similar to what I was told last time. Then she wasted 5 minutes of my time asking me to set up my phone, took my phone away for like 10 minutes then come back and say Im going to get less because my phone screen is scratched. Why didnt she say that when she first look at the phone? If I know the price is so much lower I wouldnt even waste my 15 minutes time. Also the first and second time the staffs inspected my phone physically and didnt say the scratches are an issue, offered me the trade in value which I why I came in again.

We went in to buy a desktop, we knew which one. We could not find a free salesperson. I approached the manager, he didn't offer to serve me but let a salesperson, who was serving another customer, know I was waiting! They didn't have the one I wanted but I could have free delivery. The salesperson had big problems getting his tablet to communicate with the card payment unit. He did not inspire confidence at all but, was friendly enough. We asked him about laptops and ended up more confused as he kept jumping around the shop. We received the computer the next day (salesman had told us 3 days time) it's a great machine. Next time, I will just order online.
