Against warnings I took my gf and her mother here to look at a CX-5. We had a 4 year old trade in with 30,000 miles on it looking to purchase a vehicle cash but from the moment we stepped through the door it seemed like a hassle. I had to leave after the test drive but my gf and her mother went back after to look at numbers. There numbers were horrible, they were $4000 lower on trade than a dealer down the road and the out the door price was $4000 higher as well. When told that their deal wasn't attractive the salesman got defensive and resorted to using metaphors instead of any sort of customer service. I was on speaker phone during the exchange and I wish I wasn't on mute because the guy treated them outright rude. We have another friend who came in and she was treated the same way. Shop around, do your homework you'll find out theres better options. We bought a car yesterday from another Mazda dealer who treated us right and it was tough for them but they worked to earn our business away from Honda..... DONT GO HERE

My car had suddenly broken down on a Sunday night as I was trying to leave from Rochester to go home to Pennsylvania. After having to take Monday off with the status of my vehicle in question, I figured I'd stop over to Marketplace Mazda to see what they had. After doing a quick internet search, I saw that they had a 2012 Mazda 2 available. Being over six feet tall, I was pretty skeptical about it's size, but I needed a car with good gas mileage, so seeing it in person became a curiosity to me. Not much time had passed before Doug greeted me and asked what I was searching for. Instead of showing me vehicles beyond my price range out not within my interests, he had the 2 brought out (it was currently being cleaned as it had just arrived). Suddenly I was test driving the car before I knew it. That same day, I drove the vehicle back to Pennsylvania. This happened because Doug didn't give me nonsense, he made the transaction quick and simple, and he earned my trust. I've had the vehicle a little over a month, and I feel I received a great price, and a great experience. Marketplace Mazda is a great place to search for a car, and to speak with honest people. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Grand vitara Suzuki is the worst car , markplace suzuki is the worst place ! I regret every single penny I paid ! I bought it form them , and after discovering all these problems the guy told me it's time to buy a new car , knowing my car is only 5 years !!! I swear they don't deserve even one star . Truly very disappointed .
