The worse agent in the area is Harcourts, my friends from other area feel the same. never buy a house with this agent they always try to manipulate price. i am totally agree with Robert Williams, with this agent the Everything is too much trouble. Rude, and an awful service since Aaron gets in. Google the name if you want to know whom Aaron is.

Easy to deal with , always available , and knows the area and his job really well. I found Simon really easy to deal with and always available for any questions i needed answered. He has a really good knowledge of the southern suburbs . I have now purchased a house through Simon and sold 2 houses through him and have found him to be very professional ,punctual , honest and always willing to help out in anyway he can to make the process go smoothly. I will definatley use him again and do highly recommend him as an great real estate agent .

This company should check they're workers if they are doing they're job. They're customer is trying to reach them.. but it's difficult. I am not happy with our property manager, Cassandra because she's unreachable. And also the property that we rent in Hampton Park, it's really give us hard time, because we did what they asked us to do, we cleaned the house, we pay their gardener to do the garden, still not happy.. I am the one who cleaned the house, I spent my night there.. and I redo the oven too as they said still dirty.. Now, how can it have scratches that I only sprayed that with oven spray and wiped it with wet towel??? And also, we did sent the pictures to them.. they should check it out after that, because that's their responsibility to make sure everything alright. This is the picture of oven that I took after cleaning it up... It's clear!!! I never in my life to destroy someone's property... They charge us and send us the picture of the oven that have scratches on it! How will it happened???
