Absolutely disgusted that waterfields allowed thier vendors to pull out of a sale after allowing us to spend 1200 on a property they have relisted time & time again when there is a beattle infestation within the loft space of the property, all we asked was for a few loft boards to be lifted to protect our future purchase & they pulled out so make you own minds up there i guess , have we dodged a bullet ??? House has been relisted again and again , The Close, Sandhurst **BEWARE** Would hate to see someone else fall into the same trap & end up out of pocket. We will be going legal & have already taken this to thebproperty ombudsman!!!!

Recently enquired on a house in Sandhurst. Initially very helpful & booked a viewing on Bank Holiday Monday. After turning up on time for my viewing & waiting 10 minutes no one showed up. So I phoned Waterfields & they claimed not to know about my booking even though I had an email confirmation & then was told the house has moved to another estate agent hasn't given me the best experience. Would have been nice to have received a phone call prior to driving 40 minutes to view a property but I wouldn't recommend using them.
