My experience was the worst ever..Salesman very unprofessional, unprepared and was very manipulative..Communication was terrible and I was very disappointed in the entire overall experience..I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone whatsoever..Seems to me like they did not have a clue on how to close a deal..Salesman took me to a bank and dropped me off and told me nothing except they're expecting you and they hadn't heard of the dealership at all..Once I went in the bank they told me not to buy the vehicle because no one would finance me on a vehicle with that amount of miles on it..

Our department did reach out to you when you first encounter mechanical problems. We offered to have our mechanics take a look at it and help correct the issue. I highly would not recommend this place do not purchased A vehicle from this place waste of time and money I purchased a vehicle from this please for my family within the first week of having my vehicle multiple problems and issues started occurring with the Engine spent several thousands to fix the issue also reached out to them about the issue but They never seemed like they carried and never called me back a horrible experience overall !!!!

I seen my cars ad & called. I spoke to the mngmt wife. She totally sold that car to me. She was informed about the car. Told me everything I needed to know. We took it for a test drive & it ran great sounded sweet. Put a huge down payment on the car & drove it home. (Pd it off the next WK. before all started) This is where it goes bad. Figured out my seat was broke. No problem said they fix it. Have had the car 3 wks & the ck engine lite came on. They said they warranty for 30 days. I've driven back down twice & now I'm stuck w my car & broken seat & best of all. Catalytic converter. Yes indeed. I have to repair. So u can believe the wife but NOT the salesman. I'm still having issues w trying to get my car fixed under THEIR WARRANTY.
