Our family brought in a car to be fixed and the customer service was completely unacceptable. They made so many mistakes. They never called us about the status of our car. When we found it was time to pick up the car, they would not release the car to us and tried to scam us saying the insurance did not give them payment, when the payment was posted the Wednesday last week before the car was getting done. My parents were without a car for 3 days because of the mistake your dealership made. Did not try to resolve the problem. Was very unwilling to work with the problem at hand. Were very unprofessional. Reply to your reply: (5-1-19) You guys were absolutely no help when trying to resolve the problem. We already talked with you when the issue was at hand and you didn't offer any solutions during the period in which the issue was occurring. Did not offer to give another rental car, would not release the car to us, and would not try to work around our schedule. Your team did not own up to any mistakes and this seems like a reoccurring problem.

I recently brought my vehicle into this shop n i was not happy to say the least. They done just as much if not more in damage as they charged me in repairs. They got grease all over the inside of my car from the steering wheel to the floor, door jam n also my seatbelts .They must have drug the tool across the front of my car because now i have missing paint .In return i got a free car wash and oil change thanks but no thanks I'll never be back and that is sad because my family and i have dealt with this dealership forover 20yrs .But enough is enough . i just feel like the shop could have treated me and my car a little better and could have done a little more in fixing the issues. And needless to say my $500 WeatherTech mats don't even say WeatherTech anymore there was just so many incidences that they just had to be brought to their attention and the result of that just wasn't good like I said they did more damage than they did and repairs I will never be back and I wouldn't recommend anybody going there.
