I would have given them more stars, but the longer I visited the Longmont location the more disappointed I got. Just with the varying waxers. My schedule can be very busy, so I often call when I need an immediate appt, I don't schedule ahead. So who I would get varies, but I hoped the level of service or experience would be consistent but it's not. I was going twice a month for a full face wax, and as time went on my experiences got worse, and the areas always needed touched up. I use to point it out when I was there, but some visits weren't that good, and I just wanted to get out of there. The last visit was absolutely horrible. This young lady's idea of tweezing was pinching my skin repeatedly with the tweezers very rapidly. It was awful, painful, and it took many days for my face to heal. My redness after waxing usually cleared up same day after a couple of hours, but the redness from that took days. And after waxing, and the painful tweezing she still had missed so much. She also was very messy with the wax, and my scalp her keep getting caught because she got close to the hair line. She waxed off my small side burns, which I wanted to keep. They aren't long or bushy, and look quite natural. But she yanked all of that hair out, and that's when she kept getting my scalp hair caught in it. That helped me to decided to switch to laser treatment. I'd rather feel 3 minutes of pain, and a few days healing then to go through their waxing treatments again. Especially knowing that after sometime I won't have to keep getting laser treatments like I would I do if I wax. That girl truly was torturous with tweezers.

So I'm not sure if it's me or the location but I cannot give this place any more chances. The first time I got a Brazilian I was burned. The second time I was bruised from how aggressive she was in pulling the hair and now, their new wax has caused me such a horrid allergic reaction that I've had to be put on a medication to prevent it from further spreading. I never had these issues with the Fort Collins location. Again, I'm not sure if it's just how my body reacts but it wasn't reacting this way at another one of their locations. I unfortunately just can't give them any more chances. The staff is nice and it's a cute boutique but that's about the only positive comment I can give.

I am very familiar with the waxing industry, I grew up in it because my mother owns a upscale waxing salon in Miami Florida. The screaming peach is impeccable, they are always on time, they are very clean, its a great group of girls, Lauren is my absolute favorite, she is very kind and gentle & always make me feel so comfortable. I have been going in for a full Brazilian since I moved to Longmont, and I highly recommend the Screamin peach. In the waiting room you will find very cute clothing that is very well priced in addition to cute accessories, sunglasses, hair clips, good music, and an overall welcoming smile when you walk through the door.

I give them 3 stars because the staff was great, very nice people and accommodating. However, the spray tan itself was horrible. It was my first spray tan so maybe this is normal but it turned orange and blotchy. Under my watch and in creases of skin turned very dark orange and it was embarrassing. With humidity, the tan looked like it was melting off of me. I will not get another one. I regret not taking fotos to show what i'm trying to explain.
