We bought items from them off their website. After two weeks we still had not received the items we ordered. We sent an email and called( no one answers you have to leave a message). The next day we get a response they dont know where order is and the computers are down. They told us theyd let us know where order is. A week later still no items and if we call or email we get no response. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with an a retailer. Dont order online from these people.

Amazing customer service! We emailed to see if a we could get a replacement for a shirt with a hole in it (our fault, not a defect) and they very promptly replied and ordered a replacement. Great company with great customer service. Would order again and again through them!

Ordered a sweatshirt from them in Redding Smash Cup over two weeks ago. It still has not arrived and I have left multiple messages to figure out what is happening and have not received any return phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! $80 for a sweatshirt I have not received, and no customer service. Ive been robbed.
