Read people, you are not going to get a good deal especially a Internet price. It's all fake! They will do everything to sell you the car they wanna sell, not the one you want. Service department is just the worst I have ever seen. Yes, they will be very very nice until you buy the car and they you are screwed up!

Drew, the sales manager blatently lied to us today. We explained what we wanted, he said they had plenty (we are paying cash), we got there all he talked about was our payments on other cars than what we wanted. They did not have the car that he said on the phone they had 6 of.

Ben, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable. He found us the best deal possible on our Certified Accord Crosstour utilizing market pricing and the internet. I have 2 daughters under 3 years old, and the staff was very hood with them. I would recommend this location to everyone I know. Not only have I bought from here, but both of my parents have purchased new vehicles from here as well. Coming from someone who is in sales, the experience they delivered to me will keep me as a customer for life.

*****VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY***** I have both 2 cars from them and got great service both times. Jose Castro was very friendly and polite, he responded all the questions I had. I got great service and was treated very nice. Would definitely keep buying from him and I would definitely recomend them to my friends and family.

I was attempting to by a Used Saturn Outlook. I was from Out of town. I asked for a discloser statement for rate and term of loan. It seemed like a simple request, but I was given the runaround. I had given them my credit card to hold the vehicle expecting them to give me the discloser. I waited a couple of days without any information, so i decide to cancel the deal. At that time they told me that they were going to keep my deposit. They never told me the deposit was non refundable and when i called the credit card company they said they can't keep you money if you didn't make a purchase. I am still waiting for a refund.
