Hello Jan you mention we have Horrible customer service, i have check for your name in our system everywhere even i went 3 years back to seen if i can find you but you are no where in our system. you never have been to our store, we go above and beyond for our customers never had any issues with any customer i don't know what are you referring , if you left review in mistake to our store i would ask you please take your review down since you are not our customer. As you can see we have hundreds of reviews from customers saying how happy they are with our customer service. Thank you

My phone was not repaired properly. I went in for a cracked screen, and they gave it back to me with the back cover cracked... Plus, in addition to that, it still got hot, and the screen was still turning green. I wasted my and money. Basically I should have just bought a new phone.

Hello DR i have check our records and find you in our system, you have brought computer to remove EFI lock but was unable to prove the ownership of the computer so our tech didn't help you very much to get into computer by removing EFI lock. It is just because we work with apple and we have to follow protocols. The protocol for EFI lock removal is you have to prove computer belongs to you by providing original receipt, we didn't made those protocol apple made it we are just following . if you do find your original receipt please come back we will remove it with in now time. PS all our tools are from apple or apple certified that we use on fixing apple product. Thank you

Edit- That's not me. I brought a Samsung phone for repairs. Worthless. Go anywhere else for service. No return calls, improper equipment, disgruntled employees. Horrible.
