Need to make sure orders are correct before sending them out. When a customer calls to inform you of the issue dont be rude.

Ordered Cajun chicken pasta. Chicken seemed like it was set on the counter for the last week, and they just decided 2 cook it. Took 3 bites n asked for the check. Waiter asked if I needed a box, with a disgusted look on my face told him "nah". Mind u my food was infront of me for about 90 seconds before asking for the check. Server was clueless or just knew the food wasn't adequate for consumption.
