Hello Mr. Hunter, we apologize you are having issue. When you generated a shipping label, it should be able to give you an option to print from our site. We have had multiple mail in repair come in today and this week, so we were not aware of any issues occurring. You can try clearing cache to see if that is causing the shipping labels to not generate. If your are having still issue generating a label, we will make sure to report that to our media team. We are not ignoring any of our customers, trust us! We have been severely short staffed due to schools starting back up and people moving. We are in the process of hiring and training new people. Our staff has been trying their best to reach out to as many people we can with the amount of staff members we have. Called the first time to start a repair and was told I would be emailed a shipping label to mail my device in. Called a second time to follow up after not receiving any communication and could barely understand the employee on the phone because the music was turned up so loud in the shop. Third attempt at a follow up was via the contact us form on their website. Still have not heard anything from them. Definitely did not expect this lack of customer service after reading multiple reviews.
We truly apologize you had a bad experience. We are committed to provide our customers with great customer service and best experience possible. We would like to set the record straight and clear any misunderstanding you have regarding few things stated above. You brought in your device in December of 2021 to repair the screen and the back due to how badly it was damaged. We offer 1 year manufacturing warranty with all repairs, and unfortunately in your case due to bad batch from our vendors we had to warranty your screen after the first repair. The reasons were beyond our control. However recently, you have brought in your device due to no power issue, upon arrival we have noticed your battery was swollen and after intensive diagnostics we have found corrosions inside your device caused by liquid damage. We have documented everything in your ticket of what we have found. Due to how extensive the water damage was, we recommended against repairing the device. We did remove the battery from your device, because swollen batteries are fire hazard. Our policy is we never return the device back to the customer with a swollen battery inside, we would highly recommend you look up a video on YouTube of the implication of swollen battery catching on fire. Your original board along with all the parts were still inside the device how we found them. We completely understand you had a bad experience, and we deeply apologize for that.

No need to lose your time and money in this business. Filing a charge back and complain with the BBB since they basically ripped me off while replacing a phone screen that failed within a well 4 times and then said it was the the battery and then the board. I picked up my phone and turned out they stole the battery and the board and gave me a dummy shell. I took the note 20 and the s21 to another place which is actually certified by Samsung and uses original parts i paid half what they hard charged me at XI. 290 vs 620
