Sorry, that is our policy! We have been in business for 18 years. We have had problems in the past with customer provided goods that were not intended to be customized. We only customize products that we know can be customized and that we can get a replacement in the event of a problem. Would you bring your own steak to Morton's and get all bent out of shape when they won't cook it for you?

Not sure what kind of place this is. They will only put letters and numbers on apparel that was bought there. I have a TEAM jersey for my daughter's team that was given to her from the Monsters so I don't have an option on choosing where it comes from. If I could put zero stars I would.

We order all of our custom polos, t-shirts, and dress shirts for our business through Luna's. The owners are amazing to work with, the pricing is very solid, they have pretty quick turn times, and most importantly every shirt we've ordered has been perfect and quality. Thanks for all of the help!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! They made some shirts for me and they have great Cleveland Skyline shirts. They also do awesome school shirts.
