I was able to get an appointment fast and the staff was nice, the doctor not so much. Idk if I got him in a bad day but he was cold and in a rush to finish, this wasn't even at the end of the day. Their eyeglass selection is nice, at least I had fun picking some out. When I finally made my choice, I was told they would be ready in 5-10 business and I paid in full--my mistake! Maybe if didn't pay in full I would get a call from them. I called after the 10 business days to check if my lenses had come in. Guess what, they were there and They said they just needed to pop the lenses into the frames and I could pick them up soon. I received a call 10 minutes laters saying that the frames broke when they tried to put the lenses in and they would have to reorder the frames. Another 5 business days.. it's been a month and still no call. Don't recommend. I just want my glasses that I paid for and be done with them. Go somewhere else!

Everyone that waited on me was very kind, however I found it odd that I never even met with a doctor! I had a full exam and fitted for new contacts. Also, they polished my old contacts and cracked one. They are hard contacts. A piece was actually broken out of contact. The girl that cleaned them said they were cracked so she didnt want to clean them. They were NOT cracked when I put them in the case two minutes before she cleaned them. So I feel she lied about the fact that she cracked it. The technician put the cracked contact in my eye! I feel this could have been very dangerous. What professional would do that?

Will not go back there the first time was awesome but today not so much I was giving a set price for some eyeglasses full price was 340 bucks I went to pay my deposit all of a sudden this guy types something on the computer now my glasses went from 340 to 415 bucks will not go there anymore
