I'm taking back a few of my stars. My son co-signed for his sister's Audi, so in order for him to have enough credit to purchase the Alpha Romeo he wanted, he needed my signature. I told him to go take a test drive and make sure it was really what he wanted. He made the decision and was to the point where he needed me to go sign and the salesman made a very rude and condescending "talk to your mommy" comment. I did send an email that was ignored. Not only did you lose my son's business, but you lost mommy's as well. I have purchased two cars from arrigo in the last 4 years. The last time I was supposed to receive a gift card for test driving a truck. It never came. I did purchase a car and paid for the Dodge care package that i was told had my welcome kit of items in the trunk. It was not there and i never received any of the items. Big disappointment all around. I thought the new ownership would help but clearly it didn't. Time to drive a little further and see if one of the other dealerships want my business.
