Ive never had such a terrible experience with a company in my life. Moved to a new apartment in April of 2020 and had the services transferred over, right off the bat we had some issues getting everything switched and account numbers correctly organized. Fast forward to May 2020 I get a bill for $91.05 and I knew something was off so I called the customer service #. I had proof of payment with bank statements and the lady on the phone said no bills had been paid since April, she told me the ONLY option I had was to fax them over, I dont have a fax machine so now what? She continued to just tell me the same thing over and over. At this point Im clearly upset and crying because Im just so aggravated with the whole situation that at this point is going no where. So fast forward about 6 hours and the JPD is knocking on my door doing a WELLNESS check because the CSR said I was suicidal! I am absolutely beside myself over the situation and completely dissolved with any respect I have for this company.
I hope you people sleep good at night I called my VA representative told them what was said to me they also said that I would go to jail for stealing water
After hanging on the phone for over 10 minutes, I get told to hire a professional plumber. Was told due to covid, you can't help me? I am getting burnt by YOUR water supply, now I see why your at a 1.6 star rating
