At the age of 24 I was in a MVA, a semi-truck crossed the center line and hit my vehicle head on. Don Kendall was referred to me by a friend; he met with me before my discharge from the hospital. It was not a difficult choice to hire Kendall Law Firm; he and his staff were confident and compassionate. I was in physical therapy for approximately 2 years, during this time I was able to focus on my recovery rather than worry about my medical bills, being unable to work, etc. Don and his staff were very thorough in their investigation of the accident, their recording of my medical bills and road to recovery. At no point did I feel I was a "case file", I was a person, a friend, someone they were concerned about. My case went to trial two years later; because of the advice to keep a journal of my thoughts and experience as well as take video of my progress, going to trial I felt confident that everyone had done their part to reach the outcome we sought.
