We went in yesterday to see about renting some furniture for our home. Not only were the two guys working sitting down. They were not remotely interested in having our business. They only gave us one or two word answers to the questions we had. Also, they barely had anything in stock with no real explanation as to when they would have more of a selection. Then, When another guest came in they proceeded to wait on him over us. We went to American Rental instead. Their customer service is fantastic and they know how to provide great customer service as opposed to this location. As a former customer service manager, I recommend a refreshing course on how to obtain and keep business.
